The Company

FeedMax, a subsidiary of Paterson GlobalFoods Inc., produces high quality 100% vegetarian animal feed from our production facility in Killarney, MB. Established in 1908, Paterson GlobalFoods Inc has a long history in Western Canada and currently operates under several subsidiaries and brands within the grain, food and transportation industries.

The Challenge

Working from South-West Manitoba this position will oversee all business of FeedMax, both current operations and future needs. With both a sales and operations staff reporting to you, you will be focused on optimizing production processes to match our customers’ needs, positioning the company as a premium service provider within the feed industry. In addition, you will also be responsible for the overall operations of the feed-mill, including production, personnel, logistics, ingredient purchasing, credit administration, product development and feed ingredient trading.

The Skills

The ideal candidate will have experience in either feed sales or animal nutrition, and a strong business sense that translates into an understanding of how our products can meet our customers’ business needs. Some experience in either feed or animal production is required as well as a combination of sales experience and business training. Applicants need to be self-starters who are motivated to identity and pursue business opportunities.

The Rewards

The position offers an attractive salary with eligibility for commission as your customer base becomes more established. Relocation assistance to Killarney, MB will be considered for the right candidate.
